Begin With The End In Mind
A poem by Chris Hibbard
for Norah
Written September 15, 2015
You must begin
begin
begin
with the end in mind
And the end
oh the end
oh the end
is what you’ll find
it’s what you’ll find
If there are answers that you seek
Mysteries to solve
If there are questions to be asked
and riddles to be answered
If there are doors to be opened
and places to be seen
You must begin
begin
begin
with the end in mind
And the end
oh the end
oh the end
is what’s you’ll find
it’s what you’ll find
If there are hands left yet to shake
new friends yet to meet
If there are new faces to remember
New faces yet to greet
If there are many years to wonder
but so few to really know
You must begin
begin
begin
with the end in mind
And the end
oh the end
oh the end
is what you’ll find
it’s what you’ll find
